Ashley brings a cross-functional background in marketing, business development, and client management to her work with the Irish American Business Alliance. She began her career in insurance, spending more than a decade as an adjuster and client manager. That experience shaped her approach to business: listen closely, ask better questions, and understand the situation before trying to solve it.
Since 2021, Ashley has worked with startups and small businesses in marketing and business development roles, giving her a practical understanding of how businesses grow and connect with their customers. Today, she focuses on growth strategies that bring together messaging, content, and business development.
A lifelong genealogy and heritage enthusiast, Ashley is particularly passionate about strengthening the ties between Ireland and North Carolina.
